Pieces of advice: Don't have so many sections, it's confusing. Don't have really annoying, 'jiggly' ads. I know you need money for the site, but choose less intrusive stuff. And don't try to make us install crap on our computers. ("Do you want to install and run 'WebSearch Assistant/Toolbar/Tools and Win-Tools Easy Installer; free ad-supported....'" blah blah blah. No, I don't.)

Nice enough design apart from that, and you seem to have a fair amount of members. Just those 3 things above that bugged me. Good luck..
