My graphics are all messed up, I don't know if it's because of my Graphic Card, or some other reason. I was wondering if anyone has this problem too or if anyone knows how to fix it.

make sure the images are there. if they are, more likeley than not, it's your graphics card.

Get the lastest graphic driver, get DirectX 9.0b if you don't have already. try those and see if it works...
btw, whats your video card?

Bman was right, it's my crappy S3 graphics card. Nobody EVER buy an S3.
