Sometimes when i play with bots in LAN some one can still join in my server.I don't know why but I can join in others LAN too... sometimes.LAN servers have ??? ping,so I just join in there, but it takes some time to connecting in LAN server.
So all I'm asking is this "Is LAN really LAN?".

ive actually been able to join a japanese lan server, and they were trying to speak english and one said he's going to die me because gooder he has been...
anyway, i dont got an asnwer, but i do have the same thing goin sometimes too

Soldat dosen't need different net coding for internet its runs well with basic LAN coding or the other way around. If you dont want people to join your game I think theres a option to broadcast it on the net or not but im not sure.
