Yeah i need to know about the dedicated server admin thing how do i use it. Can i use it on my own dedicated server? if so how do i?

It is just a remote server control. Like the server is hosted in another place and not on your computer, you can use that tool and connect to the server and admin the server, provided that you have the admin power/password.
