how to avoid jaggies and bouncy polygons?

Will someone please tell me how to effectively avoid making jaggies and bouncy polygons before I shoot someone. It has kept me confused for many years and I am sick to death of making an awesome map that makes the players bounce all over the place and get stuck in the floors.

Burn your computer and build it again with toothpicks. I have no idea what causes bouncy polies, or how to get 1px polies to go away Soap.

Reccommendation : Save your work often and in multiple files ex : Inf_Eclipss - 1.PMS

1pixel polies, simple, select the whole map and move it until there are no 1pixel polies left.
Bouncy polygons, change the layout of the map or cover with another polygon. Works for me. Accually, i want bouncy polies for some maps...

A little advice from me: Give your threads a name that shows what you will find in there and not name's like 'Raaaagh!1111eleven' that show your like lack of phantasy.

Simply read the map maker manual!

It explains how to avoid polybugs..
and avoid the oh-so-cool shading that a lot of people are using now.

what's wrong about shading... it doesn't affect the size and shape of the polygons at all.

it's that kind of shading I mean. It tends to be a lot more buggy then the "Michal" style.

Use EditPro. It effectively removes any and all polybugs, and you can still do perfect shading.

I dont see how you think that has any more bugs than michals style... I can guarentee I can make a map with less bugs then michaels style and make it look 2x better.
