It's good in other games like in ET like if you wan't to kick some one, but in soldat most of the games are just 2-10 players. So as you see it's not so good idea. Let's think that it's ctf 3vs3 and vote percent is 50%, so if half of the players will press F1 to vote kick me (all in red team), and then I'm kiced :D not so funny. But if all players have to press <Esc> and take <Vote players> and then pick my name. It's too long way, but it keeps me still in server.

Bad Idea.
A) If someone (lets call him Soldier) is hacking, the rest can vote him off. simple as that.
B) If you don't like the server's rules, screw off.
C) Eh, I've covered my reasons why.

You can as well not change it at all... I have never encountered any difficulties.
