And when i try setup It says "Video settings are not compatible with your system or hardware. Please click OK and choose different settings. Click Cancel to ignore this warning and save settings"

Ummm, I thought I said I tried everything? Sorry if I seem rude, but I find this quite retarded....I have DirectX 9.0 ... It was 227Mb its the Summer 2004 version... I mean come one, this game is 2D, if I can play www.hostilespace.com or www.runescape.com or www.illusorystudios.com .... I could play it before, when I had Windows XP Pro, Now I had Windows 98se, What is wrong?!?!

Why had you changed then from WXp to w98se? What is your configuration of PC? Run dxdiag and say the version you are running because no directx occupies 227 mb.

My video card is SiS 530 (8mb) My processor is... AMD-K6(tm) 3D Processor, MMX, 3DNow, ~450MHz.... 512Mb Ram. if that matters.. The thing that pisses me off, is the fact that like 2 months ago, or worked fine.... And now it doesn't... My video card is on-board, and is shared, so really I only have 504Mb Ram... Still good, but ya, if that matters, i'm just letting you all know... Help me plz

You have a lot of RAM.
Anyways try reinstalling the drivers of the graphic card,if it does not work try other drivers.

I've downloaded like an estimated 30 SiS drivers, most SiS 530, and SiS 5595, because I see both of those chips on my motherboard

But the thing you have to do is install them or installing again the deafult driver of the cd u received. But if you have already installed 30 of them ur system is probably screwed.
Are you sure you have 16 bits on screen? Had u erased soldat and reinstalled it?

System properties-> dispositive(or driver or whatever it is translated) administrator-> Display and you chose what drivers to remove.

Try this, Start/ Execute...type "system file checker" (without quotes). Pass d scanner and replace the different files with the Windows 98SE cd...
