I was wondering if you guy's could tell me how and where to get mod's and how to instal them.. Some Site's would be pretty good...

Just extract all the files in your soldat directory. I recommend making copy of your soldat folder first though.

The Soldat Mod Changer is also a good idea... there's a link to find it somewhere in the Modding Help forum.

However, it doesn't work with every mod, and you'll probably have to hunt down a couple of .dlls to make it work.
