Is there any things what put fps limit?[:(],i dind find anything..looked up txt and much more things[:-banghead]

I don't really understand your English...
Do you mean: Is there a way to set a FPS limit, then the answer is no.

You can turn on v-sync.. that way the FPS rate would be limited to the refresh rate (hz) of your monitor.
