Hi I wanna make a mod dedicated to fallout (preferably fallout 2) and I cant find the sounds anywhere. If you know where to find em plz tell me, if you know how to rip em from the game, plz tell me too!

you can rip sounds like this:
Get CoolEdit (www.google.com be with you).
Start CoolEdit recording and get into the game.
Shoot all guns you want and get all the sounds you want. (Turn of the in-game music, and be in a silent environment) Maybe you will have to set your Recording Settings to 'Stereo-Mixer'.
Get out of the game, stop recording and cut the file into pieces and delete the stuff you don't need/don't like.

i think you can get the sound for fallout2 from the fallout2 editor. :)

but how can i make the sounds louder?

and is there something like that for the game XIII?
