Here it is, folks, the Nerf mod I promised.

All the guns are ones I own, except the lightnin' blitz, the ballzooka, the wildfire, and the ultimator. All the sounds for the guns I own are authentic, although I edited the sharpshooters to make them sound less weak. Sounds for other guns are either edited versions of the sounds I recorded or sounds I downloaded. Also, this is the first mod I made by using the resize method. Here is the download link:

The file is only about 550 kb, thanks yet again to the miracle of ADPCM compression.
Edit: I also replaced the ricochet sounds with the sounds of darts hitting a wall.

EDITATION: The new version of the mod is released! The changes are:
-blood has been removed
-blood on soldat when damaged has been replaced with darts: [IMAGE]
-the explosions are now water explosions: [IMAGE]
-the flamer is now a super soaker

Note: you may be wondering what the Hypershot is. It's not a nerf gun, in fact I don't even know what brand it is. I just found it at a discont store. It's actually kind of similar to the M79 because it's breech-loading and the front flips down so you can load the capsule-shaped projectile.

well when it threw the rubberband thing it clicked then u heard the rubber band ring spinning really fast through the air so its like Click and u a soft buzz

my only real experience with nerf toys was in elementry school, some kid had one, but stuck a pencil on the end and [:-censored]ing blinded some girl. he's in juvinille for destroying a car.

I like it. It gives soldat that warm and fuzzy feeling of not being about killing and death but rather hitting each other with foam projectiles that really only do minor phychological harm. *sigh* the good old days.

Just so you know, I've finished modding the gostek. The blood is now water (I didn't want to remove the blood completely) and the explosion is a water bomb. The blood when damaged has been replaced by darts sticking to the soldat :P

make a new interface aswell (4unreg. users[:p])

there is a game called Nerf blast or something like that i have it in my roof somewhere i'll look if i can post a screenie of it :) and then you could try making it a bit like that

Well I could easily make one for registered and one not, but the one for registered would look more like the actual one.

Well for the interface...try to make it not as ugly as Nerf Arena Blast. It's got purple and green and it just looks like [:-censored]. Make more guns though. If you guys are talking about the Vortex Tornado, it dosen't shoot discs, they're rubber rings. I have one. :-P It's pretty pimp.

yah lol Shadow i know it doesnt shoot disks it shoots pink rubber bands lol but i couldnt remember the name of it thats why i didnt know what it was called i cant find mine in my room but i can find all the bands :(

Oh, and could you make the rambo bow not stick out so far away form the soldat? Do you know what I mean? It looks as though the soldat is really holding it far away from him.

Oh yes, and to improve the minimi, could you make the bullets slightely smaller/narrower? I dont like how you've made it fullstop, but at least this would improve it slightely to me..

OK, I'll change the bow. As for the minimi, it's supposed to shoot balls, so I don't think I'll change it. The mod SHOULD be released some time today, if I can fight teh laziness.

It's good, but I think the explosions should be a lot of darts going out in all different directions..
