I know someone who is acutally doing such a proggie, yet it is still in beta phase, and im not allowed to share it ;)

But I have a nice, simple script for you: Advanced Slaps V0.2:

nope, mirc is rite in that case, since he meant a script handled by mIRC, as I doubt that MSL (mirc scripting language) will work with other IRC clients. (sry4doublepost)
