i get this after a while when i click upload...( it meets the size requarement and its gif)

When I was trying tto upload my new avatar, I got that screen quite often. I just kept trying every day and one time it worked.

If it pissed you off then turn off your caps lock key and get youself some web space to upload your own files to whenever you want.
