Gah. Well, i use to hold my monitor on 75 hz. Then i downloaded ati refresh fixer to see what it does. I deleted it right after as it seemed useless. Now i cant change my monitor hz. I can only have 85 hz and it hurts my eyes badly.

75 Hz hurt eyes more than 85.
If you simply deleted it reinstall and uninstall it.
If this does not work add the next line to autoexec.bat
SET SST_SCREENREFRESH=75
If you have winXP i dunno where to add it because i think it does not have autoexec.bat

I got it back to 75 hz. I just downloaded it again. Changed it to 75. In 85 hz everything was blurry

Probably your video card or your monitor does not support that refresh rate at that resolution
