Ive recently been wondering, Whats the most use secondary, i would have to say Law or Knife but im not sure. Post either Knife or Law up :) So maybe i might have an idea, i thought about U13 but that server dosent recored everyones because everyone dosent play there :P
I personally use socom but not many people do i think its to skilled for some ;) lol

Soccom, because I use m79.

Socom is very useful with m79 because if you shoot them and you didnt hit them dead on it will atleast drain there hp to half so you can come back with socom really well.

I change it...sometimes out of boredom, sometimes to compliment my primary.

A minimi could do with a socom to back it up during reloads, a get-in-and-hurt style with an mp5 suits a knife, and when defending, an ak74 and LAW can hold people off pretty well.

When you got socom and mp5 your ammo almost never rounds out because you can always come back and the mp5 just sprays like crazy. Like i know this guy named Spike/Jinx he uses mp5 and hes sooooo hard, because he knows when to take his socom out.

Socom compliments the spas quite nicely

LOL, This reminds me whos ever seen a chainsaw guilde? I almost never see people use chainsaw because its only like for *CHAINSAW WARZ* nothing more, ive never seen someone actually own with chainsaw alone.

Well, I used to always hide behind something within 2 inches of the flag and jump out with a chainsaw whenever someone got past the other defenses (ctf_Laos Blue base was my favorite). But the I tired of that and started expirementing. I tried the socom but didn't like it, and now I usually pick knife even though I can't throw past 2 inches with any degree of accuracy. But I will never, NEVER use law.

I usually go with Socom, since it's the only secondary that's, you know, a gun.

Laws and knives are great for instakills, but I've gotten to the point where, unless I'm doing something stupid, they only hit one out of four times. I also try to stay out of the effective range of the knife.
Chainsaw needs to be beefed up a bit. It's like an unpowerful, unthrowable knife with a tad longer range. I often see people who run around using the saw primarily, which is retarded, since most weapons have enough blowback to stop charging opponets in their tracks. I just have to say, "Put down the saw and play with the big toys."

I sometimes use the socom... I mostly use the knife. If i'm in a big firefight i'll switch to a socom though... The LAW... I'm not to good at the LAW, i've never really tried to get used to the angles and stuff. My favorite is the knife though. Some good combinations, for me anyways, are:

Barrett / knife / LAW
M79 / Socom / knife
Steyr / Chainsaw
MP5's / Knife

Those are really all I ever use... Yes I do use a barrett, and it's not a noobs gun! I love doing 1 hit kills for some reason... yeah... I guess that's it...

I basically use AK and LAW for most of the time, Barret and Knife when I feel sorta stealthy.

and also, I've gotten to the point where I could instintively point the LAW so it hits almost 100% to anything thats on-screen

M&M is a chainsaw guild. And we use it whenever we want.

I use the MP5/Knife or Spas/Knife/Soccom

Socom, because I use it as a primary, and my autos suppliment it.

messiah, i have owned with chainsaw alone. 12 player server. Anyway i use soccom with m79, but usually i use knife along with ak,de,minimi. And of course chainsaw for fun.

if I had to be nailed down to a main secondary weapon it'd be the knife... but if I go ruger then I follow up with soccom.

No matter what happens...ill be KNIVING...moehahhahaha[:-devil]

minigun+chainsaw is the best combination I'd say.

I use the knife with the Ruger...
I use the knife or LAW with the Desert eagles, same goes with the MP5, Steyr and AK-74...
I use the Socom with the minimi and M79...
I use the knife or Socom with the shotgun~

I'm mainly using the LAW with the automatics though. Joy.

Socom and Ruger are deadly because if you get 2 shots at them and the other 2 missed you take out your socom and rained there ass down.

knife is the best, its half a chainsaw when sticking it in ppl and its got range when u throw
besides, most ppl use primarys more than secondarys
theyre just life savers when u got no ammo left

Knife is awesome. It's my default one.

However, I love using the LAW, as well. For stuff such as mortaring or when it seems necessary.

Knife and LAW = sex. I hardly use the other two.

I usually go with the knife. One hit kills can really help out when dealing with more than one foe. And, not to boast, but I'm quite good with the knife and can hit 85% of the time.

The Socom is my second choice. I usually use it with the slower reloading weapons (M79, Barrett) but also as a primary. =P

law.... its just great

Hey uh, has anyone noticed how the knife isnt always a 1 hit kill, People are always like *HIT! HIT! HIT! OMFG HIT!* And if i was hit it brings my health to 1 hp i think its a bug? But im not sure. There are bugs with Law and Knife, Law has the 2 law shot, and the knife had the hit but is not an instant kill. Chainsaw and USSOCOM are fine lol There are no bugs with those, that i know of :P

I think law is a really good weapon too if your good with it i saw kazuki's law movie and it was awsome and i saw the second movie xD lmfao it was halarious but the law isnt a nubish weapon hows the law a nubish weapon and knife isnt? Use edit next time ;> The knife "bug" isn't really a bug.. If you're throwing it upwards at any longer than point blank away, it loses lots of momentum, and doesn't do as much damage. That was Mike's way of nerfing it, and I'm glad he did :P Yeah Socom is teh rule.

I personally like being killed with a law more than a knife... At least they have to be stationary to shoot it. And by the time they get that way, they're dead :P Knife is more of a "free kill" if you ask me :/ But I don't like to whine about guns. Use whatever, you'll still die :>

I'll usually use a knife but socom has its times...
One of those times i find is when playing a server with lots of n00bs with barrets. Whip out a socom as primary and proceed to own. For some reason, this always makes the n00bs switch to Deagles...I guess they think they're too good for the power of SOCOM.

That is because your primary is always the barret and you had to compensate lameness.

Come on guys there is only two, the law and the combat knife. My absolute favourite two combos are the ak 74 with the law and for rushing I prefer the barret and the knife with a full compliment of grenades. THERE ARE NO OTHER COMBINATIONS!

Despite typical belief, I like Barret/LAW. You're pretty screwed when you have shot both but two guys won't have a chance. And the LAW is one of the better weapons for spawn campers.

Nah, KiLLbot is right i like gettin killed by Law better because i can kill em with deagles before they have a chance to shoot it, and if they miss there [:-censored]ed because they have to switch and probably wait for the gun to reload

Dathker, how often does that happen? Never. It's incredibly easy to dodge if it's thrown at an angle, but most people use it lamely (aka flying straight up to you and throwing it point blank) then they spout off something about their "mad knife skillz" <- with a Z. Plus, you can't kill a fleeing capper with a knife ^^ Palloco, I dunno what your complaint about TomPenny is... Learn to deal with a Barrett. I don't use it, so I had to. And he is truly good with the socom.

I use knife when attacking and LAW for defending. (INF & CTF)

Mine is the Chainsaw, but sometimes I find it extremely funny to throw a knife into a soldat's head.

I like the LAW launcher. It's cool.

The Socom isn't a niche weapon, it really isn't that kind that totally screwes you over because of range or a single shot. It's decent rate of fire and fast reload time make it an excellent secondary when you're playing with a M79 or Barett.

Knife is neat particularly as a specialist niche. I'd rather have that than the chainsaw, honestly. But as killbot said, thrown knives often miss unless thrown at point-blank range.

Anyway, Minimi-Socom V.S Ruger/Deagles-Knife V.S Mp5-LAW V.S Spas-Chainsaw are my combos, first is used most

most people think that the law is the most powerful sec weapon... but its got its weaknesses... you have to crouch or prone to shot it and can't shoot it in the air... i mean all other weapons can be used at any time (standing,proning,crouching,flying,jumping, ect.) and you only got one shot till you reload with a law you can just grab it back up or reload the socom supa fast

There really isnt a best combination of law, Its How you use it.

it's probably better to use law with a fast reloading auto, so one has balance between one hit kills and rapid-fire kills. though if you are satisfied with getting one kill with the secondary gun per life and can aim well with the law, you may as well use it, if that's what you're best at

Something I used to do on the realistic/survival/teammatch/lagrange games is get the team to fire a LAW salvo down towards blue base from the beginning of our spawns. It usually got one or two of them.

SOCOM works with slow reloaders & one-hit kills.
I like Deagles+knife.
I kill someone with knife then steal their M79 ^^
LAW is fun, but it gets boring sitting there waiting for it to finish reloading. It's mainly a defender weapon in my opinion.

Why LAW of course. If you got good enough aiming, you can turn a 2v1 situation into 1v1 before those targets even started shooting.

dimlanta you fool, LAW is a disposable weapon used to kill the enemy and steal their weapon, not to keep.

then again with lag, LAW loses an unfortunate amount of effectiveness. course i still prefer it over the other secondaries, it's the best offensive secondary weapon.

Actually, I agree with Dimlanta, Knife is best when it comes to
stealing weapons. LAW is alright, but the aim seems far too
off from any of the other weapons. In my opinion, SOCOM is the
best secondary because of it's rate.

So, I have come up with.......Socom Seems To Be The *Favorite* secondary from what ive read. And The Runner up is probably Law, Because law is much easier to use than knife for alot of noobs.

I am a barretard, so i need something more usefull than a 1 shot secondary weapon, so i use the SOCCOM.

For CQC maps (ex. Kampf, Death, Cherynobl):

- MP5/KNIFE Combo
- Focus on aggressivness, pressure

For maps w/ larger, open areas (ex. B2b, Run):

- STYER/LAW Combo
- Focus on accuracy, inflicting damage

I only ever chose two combinations of weaponary:

Barret and SOCOM
or
AK-74 and knife

However, I discard my given secondary weapon almost imediety after respawning and pick up a lose AK-74/Steyr/Minimi/Barret. This makes one killer combination any way you go:

Two AK-74s or the likes comes in real handy - run out of ammo during a fire fight and instantly switch to a full clip. This gives a real advantage as your oponents run out of ammo and you keep shooting.

An AK-74 or similar is very effective when used as a backup while sniping. Best of both worlds and very combat effective. :P

Finaly, two Barrets makes an interesting combination. Take a difficult shot at an enemy. Miss. At this stage the enemy thinks they have a short time to take you out while your barret reloads and they charge you - thus exposing themselves. Bang... second barret and dead... "wtf?"

Of course there is the added inconvieniece of having to keep two weapons fully loaded...
