I only have Paint and well...it sucks...

There is really nothing wrong with MS Paint. Once you learn how to use it and practice, you can make very nice mods. I mean, the weapons-gfx and interface-gfx files aren't that big...

I use MS Paint and Adobe Photoshop 7.0 to make mods, if you only have MS Paint that's fine

I use Ability Office Essentials 2002/Ability PhotoPaint It's free and it's good (search google for it)

I also used Gimp but it is mad for a higher resolution than 800x600 It's also a free prog.

Michal used Photoshop 7, i suggest you use it as well.

I use MS paint. It's a simple and effective little shareware program made by this dork named Bill Gates.

MS paint is good for quick editing, Adobe Photoshop is good for heavy duty stuff.

you can use photoshop an paintshop pro...but ms paint will also do good.

Paint and Adobe photoshop is the best :D try it although you have to buy adobe photoshop

I have to say Photoshop is the best for making nice pictures or editing photo's... but wtf you need to edit a picture of 10×10 pixels. WTF is wrong with you just use MS paint.

Gimp sucks, it takes like 10 minutes to load and i don't think its really good to make soldat mods with. :Q

Tchah, every mod I made after jedi outcast (my first) was with gimp.
