I updated my drivers for my card ( Ati Rage 128 pro ) so i could turn off v-sync. When i turned off v-sync in d3d my fps was still limited to 75. So i ask why is it still limited?

because you did not saved changes?
Is it really limited to 75 or is it that your computer cant go faster? I had tested time ago an ATI rage 128 pro and the max fps I got in soldat was reduced by 30-40 even when it was 2 years newer than my current card.
Was not your computer a p2 300?

I did apply after changing it .i have p3 500 mhz. its max 75 standing in b2b. Yeah my fps wont problably raise much with it. its 15-20 fps in 12 player server while action (few people shooting).

I bet you both use XP. There must be a hidden option on it that forces vsync on. Try in properties of the exe some options
