I believe it is safe to dismiss this as a fake; this link is 2.32MB, and the real patch is only 1.1MB. And the name is completely different.
In other words, download at your own risk, and if you download, you're a complete idiot.

beware, there are many p2p viruses currently going around. I had the displeasure of removing them from multiple computers on campus already.

If it were the real patch, it's a bit stupid, actually scrap 'a bit stupid', it's moronic to post the link to it on the forums in a section where not only the members can access but guests. What you should have done was to send that link to either Michal or Styx.
