Alright, just last weekend I decided to go and download Soldat again cause I remembered it was fun. So I did and I played it. A week later I get on and now after the register screen it says I need to get Directx 8 or higher. So I thought maybe somehow DX got screwed up, and I went and downloaded it again. But, it still gives me the message that I need DX 8 or higher...so I have no clue what the hell is going on can someone help me [xx(]

What you can try is going to directx setup. (goto run and type dxdiag).
Turn the accelerations off and then back on and test them. This happened to me once and it then all worked fine. Hope it works for you. Also, if this doesn't work what version of windoze do you have?

well, no. I got no idea whats wrong, try fiddling with the soldat settings or re-dling solat.

Ok, First you could have just used *Search* and looked up DX problems they are all over the place, for future refrence. And secondly you probably need to install a new driver or download DX again. Use my secret weapon www.google.ca <---Its your best friend :D
