I cant log out.

It just says its logging me out and then it returns to the same page again with me logged in. I tried refreshing and it stays logged in AND I also closed the window and reopened the forums and it was still logged in.

EDIT: My secutity settings in Internet Explorer are on medium, its always been on this and I've logged out before.

It's just something with the front page. It doesn't read the cookie or something. I bet that if you go to some other page you might be logged out. This happened to me while I was logging in. I logged in about 15 times before I said "Screw that" and went to General Discussions, thinking I'd just read for now. I was logged in on that page, and on every other one, except for the forum's front page.

Hitman I closed the window and I said that. I wanted to log out for a reason.

Kazuki I tried it in different places

I'll try deleting my cookies later and see if it works like blackdevil0742 said

EDIT: Hitman your such an ass... sewiously

I think I found what could be the problem. are you folks using http://soldatforums.com or http://www.soldatforums.com to access the forum? Using http://www.soldatforums.com _may_ cause you not being able to log out (or even in for that matter). Let me know if that is the case before I change anything.

I've had that problem with Snitz before - I was using a domain name and people couldn't stay logged in. Ruins the cookies or something, but thats definitely your problem Styx.

its because the cookies get saved under the one domain name and then try to be accessed under another name. when it thinks it changed or deleted a cookie, it may not have done so to the one that is being looked for when it determines whether or not you are logged in.
