Soldat's good, but I couldn't even play for a round and I get banned. I never use any cheats. Am I banned cuz I'm a newbie and I sorta stink?

that problem will go away within a week or two as server owners get smarter.

When this was first implemented in Battlefield vietnam there were alot of meaningless kicks, but it's since died down. Don't worry about it, the ban is only for 30 minutes.
