Where'd it go? There's never any servers up anymore with them! Pointmatch is pretty fun actually, especially if you have noobs on your server. I mean, it's cool that you can only score if you have the flag. I opened a server for like 3 hours just playing pointmatch! It was actually really fun. I wouldn't say I'm the best, but I was doing good. Why do you guys think it died? :^|

I agree..bring back the pointmatch! [|)] If I had a better connection I'd host a pointmatch server...bah.

Skate, your wrong about only being able to score when having flag.
Its like deathmatch only the flag gives you double points.
So if you kill someone without you having the flag, you get 1 point.
If you kill someone with you having the flag, you get 2 points.

..even more so than that, pointmatch i'd personally rate above DM, as typically the action follows the flag, making for tense non-stop action.
Incidently, a few of us have been ranting at noobface for a PM server.

Indeed. I played point match about 2 times 'cos there's no servers.

In pointmatch, you also get bonus points for doing combos.

I say someone makes a permenent 24/7 Pointmatch server, like jad with her Ownage: Ctf and Ownage: Inf servers, and Ownage: Rambo.

It would be really nice because only some of us (the forum insiders) will be playing on that server. No one else really checks for pointmatch servers.
Either way, I agree. 'Twould be awesome to have a 24/7 Pointmatch server out in the open.

Anyway, a 24h/7d PM server, using the default maps, would be great. If I had internet at home I would put up a PM server, but...
