This reminds me of the book i have called Uncle John's Absolutely absorbing bathroom reader. It has a list of "Looney Laws" such as:
In Macomb, Illinois, it's illegal for a car to impersonate a wolf. Or In Marshalltown, Iowa, it's illegal for a horse to eat a fire hydrant Lol i like that book

I think half of those laws are fake.
