When you hit a certain amount of scenery, things start to go weird, like scenery cloning and sticking itself in the sky, etc.

It's getting really annoying, is there a fix/workaround for this?

It's a scenery cap. It's always been there. I've always hit it.

As of now, once you hit that cap (150-200 scenery, i think?), the only way you can add more is to delete other sceneries around the map. I've always hated this as well, and have been ranting for a change since... well, forever.

I wouldn't mind if it said something like "you have hit your scenery limit, no more allowed"

but no, it just fecks everything up.

At the moment, i've had to stick loads of scenery into one big bmp. which is a twat to download for people.

well now since the source code has been released, everyone can make his own map maker... in theory...

255 is the limit. I hope openMapper will have at least a scenery counter some day.

You guys need to put this sort of stuff in the Mapmaking section or I might miss it [:D]
