because i am being accused of hacking cos i use mods on my soldat to improve my enjoyment [8D]

Not graphical/visual/audio mods. If you change the game code to mod it, then yes, it is hacking.

nope. But it depends on what kind of mod you use. If its a weapons mod, then you're ok. If its something that enhances your character online, then it is a hack.

People can't tell if you are using a mod. If they are calling you a hacker, that means you are owning them. However, mods that do give you advantages, like barrets that are white rectangles for easy seeing, are considered lame.
