how does the auto demo work? does it record the last match you played? just wondering or how to access them

I don't know, but I want to find out!! :P

Autodemo constantly records a certain amount of time (specifyable in soldat.ini) to autodemo.sdm. So, say it's set at one minute. It records up to one minute and then cuts off the rest, so the file is maximum one minute long. When you press F8, it saves autodemo.sdm to a new file called autodemo#.sdm, where # starts at 0 and goes up every time you save a new autodemo (kind of like screenshots). I hope I explained this well enough.

crap -_- i had a really awesome demo so i thought it recorded it on its own ;) i forgot to press f8 to save it lawl ,,,, silly me

mine saved all of 'em without pressing f8...
