Ever since I updated to 1.2.1, I've been getting regular and awful bugs
* (often) The mouse cursor appears for no reason and I have to press escape to get rid of it. The game then continues as normal
* (Slightly less) A popup windows box appears with "Access violation at address FFFFFFED. Read of address FFFFFFED." I press okay, and the game continues as normal
* (once) a crash to windows with no explanation whatsoever

Running: Athlon XP 2400+, Radeon 9600xt, 512mb, windows me
I'm not cheating, I haven't editted any game files and I've tried reinstalling the game/restarting. The problems still there, and they didn't exist in the previous version. I used the patch option to upgrade, rather than dowloading the full exe

Maybe its your windows version...try to get xp, i think it crashes less there

dadarkman, I doubt he's going to get another OS just to play Soldat..

I guess it's a program running in the background, causing Soldat to crash or stealing its focus.
Close any instant messengers, mail programs, etc.

im getting same with xp sp1

Yes, I know, Windows ME is one of the least stable OS's around :)

I tried closing all backround programs, but I still experienced the errors less than a minute into the game
