This idea has been taken completely from halo 2, but i think that it might be a good idea.

Dual wielding is just shooting 2 guns simultaneously but only avaiable for some of the guns (eg. socom, knife?, MP5, etc...) but not for others or else it would become ridiculous (eg. Minigun, Desert Eagles ... heheh 4 guns at once, chainsaw ... no use, etc...)

Reloading should also take longer to balance things up and grenades can't be thrown. Abit of recoil from the guns should also be applied even not in realistic mode.

You want duel weapons then use only deagles and be happy.

if this was implemented (which it wont be) how exactly would you pick up the weapons anyway?

An extra button to pick up wield, ANYWAY, i won't go into it as this is one my of stupidest ideas.

lol.. the whole notion is just kinda pointless for soldat... all it would do is make you more powerful, so you know n00bs would take full advantage of it. if you want it to appear as though you're dual-wielding (kind of) just mod it in. = /

while we're on the topic of halo-ify-ing soldat...how about adding the jump/leap ability (think covenant blade/sword thing) to the chainsaw?

dual minguns? wtf you'd have be some sort of super mutant, same with the ak barret ruger aug and the minimy, i dont know about you but 1 deagle is heavy enough 2 is fairly heavy, 4 would be about like 1.9 aks, this is by far the worst idea i saw seen so far, i do like the idea about the extended reload time

I think double knife would be cool as long as you pick one up after somone has dropped it. So you could then throw 2

Dual wielding is not an coined owned by any game...

why dont we just add brute shots brute plasma rifle and giant walking/killing bug around soldat and shoot every thing with our head? and have banshees and knock people half a kilometre away? come on soldat ist first person shooter and some time more gun or duel weilding will be havoc with the newbs and autos.
