I fixed the quotes' look, because I hate the original Soldat Forums quotes. Here is the screenshot:
On the left side my fixed quotes, on the right side original forum quotes:

It is done client-side, by changing default "browser Cascading Style Sheet". Unfortunatelly I only know how to do it in Opera.
As far as I know, such things are not possbile in Internet Explorer. I don't know if it is possible in Firefox, sorry.
Right now my quotes look a bit better than on the screenshot, because I updated the style sheet.
So, If you would like to have the same quotes on Soldat Forums (and you are using Opera browser), do this:
1) Create styles folder in your profile folder. If you don't know where is your profile folder, go to Help -> About Opera to check the path.
Your profile folder is the folder wher Opera6.ini file is located.
2) Copy the file: browser.css to the styles folder in your profile folder.
3) Restart the browser.
warning: there is a drawback - a very small chance that blockquotes on other sites will look the same as on dnagames forums :>
But the possibility is really small, it's almost impossible.
And some horizontal lines on other sites will look the same as on dnagames (1px, gray), but it's not a big problem.
Maybe I'll fix it in the future. OK, I've fixed it.
You may always delete the browser.css file, if you don't like the change.
I hope someone will find it usefull.
