You need to get a host for yor pics try Imageshack
Avatars you can change in your profile

save an image to your computer.

go to www.imageshack.us and upload your picture there. If you want to post the pic on the forums, select the first one and copy/paste. If you want an avatar, select the third one, which is the direct link and paste it into your avatar space.
