hey been running my server for awhile and getting tired repeating same rules and etc.. was thiking maybe would be good if you could have like a welcome window or osomething like that with rules maybe some other info or something like that ? would be very useful i think and then you could choose team

You mean like MOTD (Message of the Day)?

an ok idea - and like you would just click and it would pass this screen and then choose teams?
but then u shouldn't be allowed to type so much cuz then ppl will just totally ignore these messages
also this can be used to say whether like its realistic and whether its survival mode n other stuff rather than putting it as small unimportant-looking text in the corner of the window (top-left)
