I brewed a bit further on the idea of mar77a about making soldat links.

The main Idea is, to have http:// urls of soldat:// urls that other people can click in chat programs.
- Auto join on clicking a link with sufficient parameters
- Cancel button
- Can let it make http:// links and soldat:// links
- Has a counter y4y

http://denacke.viperhosting.net/Redirect.php <-- is the main page

Example:
http://denacke.viperhosting.net/Redirect.php?IP=81.2.131.131&Port=28800
With this link you'll automaticly join SN public (81.2.131.131:28800)

Note: Pass isn't working for soldat links. It's just there for fun untill it's possible to add passwords to soldat links :)

It's not possible to add that as far as I know :( so actually it's just there for when you'd give a link with a pw, it'd open your browser, wait 3 secs, you can read it and fill it in later :P. I hope there'll be a quicklink with a pw in some next versions of soldat though :)

The default port is 23073, if you changed it, then you should know it.

i dont see the point of this, soldat main page already gives links to all servers.

http://lobby.soldat.pl:13073/

Meaning is that you can give a link such as: http://denacke.viperhosting.net/Redirect.php?IP=81.2.131.131&Port=28800 into a chat program like IRC, ICQ, MSN that don't see soldat://ip:port/ as a link. That way you can give that link on IRC, so that they only have to double click on it, and don't have to copy paste ip, open soldat, paste ip and fill in port, and then click join!
