I dont think the flame god mode is perfect. Sometimes, the flamer just isnt powerful enough. its range is so limited that when i try to chase someone, they just keep running and jumping and i can barely hit them, rendering it useless. I think it should be stronger, but replace the invincibility with reduced damage. That would be more fair and more fun.
also, when you run out of flame god mode, your weapon reloads, which is annoying for the m79 and barrett, cause after you unsucessfully chased someone across the map, you are sitting in the open with no loaded weapons.

or i could just avoid getting them. that works too.

It's all about how you use it...of course the flame flower has a limited range, that's how it's designed in real life. I'd say work on your tactics for flame god mode...it can be very effective when used correctly.

I find that I can never kill when using flame god. I'm on 56k so I constantly lag, but just the right amount for the anti-lag system to work for normal weapons. But I find it does not work for the flamer. Does anyone else get this?

well, the flamer can be pretty hard to indentify for other players, so if you try getting close to your target first and Then fireing, you should get some kills :)

yeah, i get close to them first, but after one or two kills, everyone runs away and i cant do anything.

at least the part where you have to reload your weapon again when it runs out should be changed.

I don't use the Famethrower at all, I just wait until it's done. I can never get anyone...

That's only in DM .. In ctf and inf you're not invinsible..

Yes, and allow me to add that even in DM your health drops to 1% when you get hit by an M79.

just don use the flamer if you can't get anyone, thats what i do. If you want to kill people with it, practice using it and learn better tactics

teh Flam god is bad since your not invincible you get shot by a barret by the time you get closeto a guy -_-

i hate the flamer, i only use it to run away, sad i know but if anybody follows you turn around and watch them go crispy barbeque, you have invincibility, use it kill some barret people or something if you can, use your jet pack so your always above your target so if they jump you can get them
