Can anyone help me post a screenshot, cuz I dunno how it works.I mean I do insert image, write the name of my screenshot, but it won't work. Will anyone help me?

Fist u have to convert the BMP to an other fileformat to reduce the file size.
jpeg, gif or PNG are the most common.

Secondly u have to upload the image somewhere. i suggest u use http://www.imageshack.us/

then get the URL of the image and put it between the img tags.
example : [IMAGE]
