that feature is already in soldat. When everyone is on the same screen, it turns into a widescreen looking view and all the bullets move slowly.

He already knows about bullet time..he wants to make a bit of additional bullet time it seems, by holding down shift so the player can slow down. I think bullet time is fine as is...

How about a speed-up from bullet time!
you get a new Bonus!!! that gives bullet time speed upgrade with a faster firing rate and no reload time so you can go a million mile an hour killing people with rapid-fire shot's.
Hell you can even make a brand new weapon for the bonus like Flamegod but light a BAR rifle or somethen.
(I hope This gets taken into account -_-').

1 problem... if you hold down shift key everyone has to if they dont some people in bullet time will be moving slowly when others are killing the bullet time users. unfair

well... i have an idea. when you do bullet time, it only does so for you so you have time to see what is going on. the bullet time could be limited and recharge VERY slowly.

If only a single person has bullet time then he will move slowly while everyone else moves at regular speed, which defeats the purpose. Right now the way it works is if everyone is on screen then everyone's game goes slower so no one person is going faster. If half lf the people slow down during the game then bam the other half rapes them. So no

Exactly. Coordinating bullet time for everyone on the screen is nearly impossible, and would take TONS of hard work.

lol, you silly people, not one person will have bullet time, if someone activates it, all people in a map will be affected.

The problem is that this will piss people off who are no where near the person using bullet time, thats why in the specialists it affects everyone withing a certain radius, but since soldat has open maps, it would be asy for a sniper to pick off someone in bullet time who isnt affected.
