I like the idea of advance mode and I was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to list how it works at all... Do you lose the primary you are using if you die? etc. etc.

you kill people. you get better weapons.

^what he said. but you should get better weapons earlier, cuz rounds tend to end with people having only 1-3 extra guns.

New Advance Mode - Players are limited to secondary weapons on game start. A new weapon can be selected every couple of kills
(every 10% of the Kill Limit or 10% 5 x Capture). So for example if the limit is 30, you get a new random weapon every 3 kills,
and lose a weapon every 3 deaths.

Note: ...I find advanced mode doesn't work for Survival, nor does it blend very well with infiltration.

it rocks with bots and ctf

advanced mode rocks. Unless you are one of the noobs who uses only one kind of weapons

and thats the majority of soldat. However any experienced player should be comfortable with all weapons, so advanced mode is ok
