Do they get a "connection accepted" message, or are they just unable to connect?

Either way, if you have a firewall, make sure you open the ports that you use for Soldat, and the port 10 above that so they can download any custom maps you use.

Sometimes if u do "ping all" u can connect.

It sounds like a firewall issue to me.

Make sure the ports you are using for Soldat are open on your firewall, or at the very worst, disable your firewall when you're playing Soldat.

Usually, Soldat uses port 23073, and the port 10 above that for map downloading, 23083. Also, make sure you enable UDP access, since Soldat uses UDP.

First of all, you'll have to tell me which firewall you're using. Most firewalls have an icon in your system tray, that little area down by the clock in the bottom right.

Once you find out whether you're using a firewall or not, then I can tell you what you need to do.
