Mabye we can have shields that take half dammage to the body not like bullet proof vest that takes all dammage. mabye the shields last 1/2-1 minutes long. barretts would need 2 shots to kill some one greatly reducing the phrase YOU ******* CAMPER! to HAHA YOU SUCK CAMPER!

I think a shield would be cool, but it would completely wipe out the weapon balance, and it would take another 5 versions to bring the balance back.

Wow a sniper rifle that takes at least 2 perfectly aimed shots to kill someone. That is of course not taking into the account the bink affect and that the guy who is shooting the sniper is a complete newb.

We can some restriction like... hmm slower fire rate should make it more balanced so the fire rate would be like 1/4 of the usal fire rate.
and to make you noob camper who realy cares about barret ill make it that the barret takes 75% instead of 100% same with all one shot kill weapons (m79 Law)

If this was going to be implemented, at most make it a 15 second powerup.
