Hello, I searched the forums for "bind" and "macro" but I get a 500 Internal Server Error..

So I was just wondering might anyone be willing to tell me how to set key bindings?

Let's say I want myself to say "hello" when I press the O key.

/bind o "say hello"

Something like that. But I dunno the command/proper format for it. Could anyone enlighten me? Thanks.

in your soldat directory/folder there is a txt.file called "taunts".
that's where you edit you "bindings".

there is a topic about a taunt editor, but it looks like the links are dead :(

open the "taunts.txt" file in the taunt editor :)

There aren't any bindings like you know them from other games like Quake3 or CS.
Have a look at the Manual:
Taunts - You can use ready taunts from the file TAUNTS.TXT (placed in the Soldat folder or your profile folder) by using the ALT key + alpha-numeric keyboard keys.

For example you press Alt+4 and Soldat reads the "/victory" command into the command line, but you still have to press enter to actually use it.

Here the bindings are combinatiosn of keys...

ALT + any key = Selected "taunt" in the file taunts.txt

To edit taunts.txt download a taunt editor...
