i have downloaded a new mod and when i throw a clustergrenade the explosion noice is repeating all the time. Any suggestions how to fix it?

i know AGAIN this. it's some kind of halo mod and the answer is change the mod or 'cluster-explosion.wav'

I had this once to it with a sound to. U can fix it by added a silence at the beginning.
