you mean instead of burning a cd, it just makes an image?

Try using that image and burn the image onto CD

Nero is capable of writing to images as much as it is CD's. Simply craft together what you wish to put to cd, then press CTRL + R, or click the 'Recorder' tab at the top, then 'Choose Recorder'. This will let you select whether to write to an image, or a CD drive.

Once you've done that, click 'Recorder' again then select 'Burn Compilation'.

I have my own problem unfortunately. NERO is demanding a WNASPI.dll file which exists in the Ahead/Nero directory, but it's never wanted or needed it before.

I tried slapping it in windows/system but that didn't help. I Downloaded an old version and tried that too, and although the 'initial' error is gone, it's still saying this file is missing and will only be able to write to image. Before I did this, it wouldn't let me open NERO at all.

[IMAGE] (click)
That's all I can do to help you :/

Chakra, maybe you want to try one of the many freeware burning tools.

Yeah one of the problems is that it is only reading a image burner when I know people have burnt mp3 and audio cds on that same comupter.. my brother reformated my computer a while ago... would that effect my cdrw drive?

Only if you installed older drivers after the reformat or something

...then re-route the directory files to the .zip archive in the system32 folder and decrypt the binary code to gain acess to the mainframe module....

Umm, press CTRL + R
It will open up a menu to choose between recording devices and hopefully lets you select the real drive.

Yeah that menu only has a image recorder like I said before, and that picker you posted can't help me because I don't have that little option box.. maybe I should just get a new program or something...

http://www.deepburner.com/download/DeepBurner1.exe
That one always keeps showing up when I'm looking for CD related stuff, so you might want to try it (it's free).
