Problem getting graphics

Right, I downloaded Direct X 9.0 and I still get a message saying the graphics cannot be initialised Download the latest Direct X drivers (or something along those lines. Some help would be appreciated.

Well, i cant answer that but im sure your best friend in the world "Search" could help you big time.

Make sure your drivers are Direct X 9.0 compliant. This usually means downloading the latest release of your video card manufacturer's drivers. You can find out which graphic card you have by going to Start>Run... and typing in dxdiag and pressing enter. Then, click the Display tab and under the Device section, you should see the area labeled Manufacturer: The text after that is your video card manufacturer. Visit the manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers.
