I was playing Soldat and this guy started throwing infinite knives and flying around so I knew he was hacking but then he started throwing knives at me and I didnt die! I dont know how this happened. Could it have been an effect of the lag from his hacking or could he have hacked me somehow?

I saw this hack today too. I died normally though. I think it resulted from the lag.
