I know, I know, check the search. It's not working on this computer(damn macs...)

Anyway, I need two things:

1) A way to get sounds from a game

2) A way to manipulate them

Please don't give me half-assed answers. I'm looking for real help here. I know about Fraps, but if you have a recomendation, please tell me.

btw, what is the weapons-gfx .bmp for the grenades? I'd like to change them.
