a friend of mine said that I can play my own MP3s, how do I? I found a folder called Mp3 in the soldat folder and stuck mp3s in it and I dont get any list or I cant find them when I scroll though the three songs that came with soldat

the MP3 feature will only be activated if you register. When you have received and 'installed' your key you'll be able to use this feature by creating an m3u-playlist (use Winamp or similar for this) and stuffing it in the 'MP3'-folder. Then you can select your playlist in the Soldat-menu. For now (until you have registered Soldat ;)) ) you can just have Winamp open while playing. I always listen to music with Winamp although I'm registered. Soldat just can't handle my playlist-size (6919) and I don't like turning off Winamp for playing. I can control it from within Soldat too (plugin), so it doesn't have any disadvantage.
