How do you get your avatar to move? I know it has to be a .gif file, but other than that I can't figure it out.

Just get animated gifs off the internet or make 'em yourself with programs such as 'Animation Shop' by Jasc (you surely find a version) or some free gif creators.
Mostly you will have one picture and change it slightly in the next frame so you have a 'motion' effect. It's just like the movies, a lot of pictures make a film.

That sucks for Peemonkey, Vijchit try using Imageready, in photoshop and looking up a tutorial at www.good-tutorials.com they have good tuts on how to make image's move.

Animation shop is good, but you gotta crack it, or keep resetting your clock so it dun run out of time :p
