Ok i am making a mnap, oh joy, and i need to connect the bot wayopints. And yes, i read all the waypoint stuff but for some reason when i try to connect them using shift and left mouse button, they wont connect! I would appriciate help if anyone could give me any.

Well in my version to connect waypoints you must do Shift+Right mouse (In the HELP section it says MOVE - Shift+Right Mouse) well it's supposed to be join but its move (the join command make move the waypoints when u select them). well i wish that can help you. cyas :)
