When i try to join a Soldat server, doesnt matter what settings
the server has, it always says:
Dedicated server option enabled ; Can't join.
Also when i try to start my own server, i cant play, i cant see the
playing screen where the bots are, just the screen where you see
the players names and stuff...Can someone please help me so i can
finally play the game...?

I think you clicked on the wrong shortcut, you started the Dedicated Server.
Find/make the right shortcut to soldat or start soldat.exe itself.

And if that doesnt work make shure "Dedicated=0" in soldat.ini
