when i make servers with regular soldat, people ahve to ping all, but when my dedi is hosting it won't ping all, can someone tell me how to get rid of ping all?

I have a firewall (McAfee) and many times,my ping shows as ???. I belive the firewall is blocking the ping function,but I dont know for sure. Am I right or wrong? =P

I was under the impression that McAfee was just a virus scanner. If it is a firewall, then it is most likely blocking the soldat ports.
