I just wanted to say that I agree with Sjuge's suggestion. There really should be a mode where the last man standing always is the winner. This seemed to be the idea behind survival mode (nowadays renamed to advance mode?) but it got all messed up with normal deathmatch points.

Survival already does that. The difference is that people just spawn back once you get down to the last one, and it starts over again. Maybe I'm missing something, so feel free to expand.

That was a kickass book though. Highly recommend it to anyone. Haven't seen the movie, but I want to. [was thinking about it, so the thread caught my eye.]

Got to agree with Duke here, survival mode offers basicly what your asking for.
